1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Explain My Policy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Angrio Technologies. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Explain My Policy uses AI (Google Gemini) to analyze insurance policy documents you upload. The App provides:
- Plain-English summaries and explanations of policy clauses
- Coverage scoring and risk-level assessment
- Critical alerts for hidden clauses, exclusions, and limitations
- AI-powered chat to ask questions about your policy
- Multi-language support (English, Spanish, Hindi)
3. Important Disclaimer
All AI-generated analysis is informational only and does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. You should always consult your insurance provider or a qualified professional before making decisions based on the App's output. Angrio Technologies is not liable for actions taken based on the AI analysis.
4. User Accounts
You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Circumvent usage limits (5 daily chat messages for Free, 100 for Pro)
- Interfere with the App's infrastructure or other users' access
6. Subscription & Billing
Free tier: 1 policy upload, 5 chat messages per day, basic analysis.
Pro tier: Up to 10 policies, 100 daily messages, risk analysis, vendor insights, policy comparisons, export reports, and priority support.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, AI models, and content are owned by Angrio Technologies. Your uploaded policy documents remain your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the analysis service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angrio Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Upon deletion, all your data including uploaded policies, chat history, and profile information will be permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
